Police Chief Garry F. McCarthy at the North/East corner of Washington and State helping out the Salvation Army collect money from pedestrians earlier today.

it makes sthe world better
There’s not much I like about Chicago, but one thing I remember and always enjoyed was the friendliness and willingness to help I saw in the CPD. Great shots showing their community outlook.
