Our photo group (Chicago Photography Collective), was part of the Built Festival that happened during the weekend. Basically, the festival is an alternative space for artists to exhibit their work – a bunch of freight containers transformed into mini galleries. And since it was a festival, there were rock bands and performance artists … and the public got a chance to interact with the artists, some of whom were working on their installations during the two-day festival.
Oh, the containers were dropped and arranged in an Aldi parking lot. More information here.
Oh, i think there are many artists in the festival, and some photos is really good.

Looks so much fun. I wish I were there
I love it when artists come together to exhibit their work for the public. We have an annual Art Fair in Ann Arbor and it’s wonderful.
