We Are One

Unions showing their muscle in the solidarity march and rally last April 9. The way I understood it, the march(es) came from several points (I photographed the one originating from the Hyatt Regency) then gathered at Daley Plaza for the rally.

It was a huge event – I spent more than 8 gigs of memory photographing the signs and the people.

    Wow heh thats a whole bunch of photos…8gigs! I’m trying to imagine taking that many photos….wow. I can tell your a very good photographer cause every pic is clean and brilliant. No blurs. Awesome stuff Ken….thanks for the share.

    The above pictures are simply superb and quite appealing to the world that they can be one. They can come together and fight against all the negative in the society. Just loved it <3

    I’m really enjoying this site, the photos are “real” with a different angle. I also visited some of the links that you have. I really can’t put my finger on it but the photos are similar in a way but uncommon.

    I love how the photographs document events like this. I also like how grayish the tone is of the photographs is that a filter or a photoshop effect or is it how gray the day is? Either way these photographs are great. Documentary photographs are some of my favorites.
