I know where that is! It’s the giant bean at Millenium Park in Chicago. Nice photo, looks like your shutter speed was a little slow here, judging by the brightness of the lights, but I think that adds to the feeling this photo conveys.
I wonder myself the same question, I think somewehere in US though.
