    Is that an ice?
I can’t stand in the water… they must be freezing.

  3. If it is Ice. I don’t know how they are taking photos. They are great guys.

    Whouww very cold:)

  5. Yeah I tend to agree. These people are insane! I love the picture though, if you cover up the left and right sides you’d never guess they came from the same shot. Just set it as my desktop image!

  6. Tomas says:

I love your shot. I see the example of the healthy living on the left and lots of viewers on the right hand. So the question raises up. What is the place of a knowledge in our life?

  7. Holy crap. I don’t get how these people do it! I mean I wouldn’t go out in my bathing suit in freezing cold weather with snow on the ground let alone then into freezing cold water.

  8. Abi says:

In my country there is no snow and I never have experience to be near snow but I wish I will have someday and nice photo

  9. I love the picture though, if you cover up the left and right sides you’d never guess they came from the same shot. Thanks for sharing.

We had Winter swimming contest in Bled this year as well… I think they were swimming 30m, 50m and 100m length. It was around -15°C outside

  11. I am actually from Chicago and I beleive they have this Polar Bear Plunge every year. What makes it so crazy is that January is usually the coldest month in Chicago! Somehow, people manage to come up with the boldness and insanity to do these types of things. Although this was crazy, I have to say that this was a great photo!

they do a similar plunge in sydney at bondi beach. everyone that has ever done this swears how invigorating it is. i think the walk through the ice on the beach seems a fare worse fate than the actual dip in the icy waters. great photo!
